Summer Camp Day 8

Day 8 of TCS Summer Camp was meant to be a day of fun and frolic as it was meant to be on the roaring shores of Malpe Beach. Children were dressed in Red and Black and reached the beach around 9.30 a.m. Children were full of energy so we decided to go for Kho-Kho. The groups selected nine members from themselves to make the Kho-Kho team. Inter-group Kho-kho match was held and results helped the teams to grab points. Later on Throwball match was conducted where everyone tried to defeat the other team. A match between the teachers and the students was held and the Teachers won the match. Food was served on the beach and later students went into the waters to play in the roaring waves. Treasure hunt was conducted by Mrs.Maggi on the sands. The day was tiring but full of enjoyment.   click here for more

Summer Camp Day 6

Day 6 was meant to be a Blue Day for Trinitarians. All were dressed in different shades of blue. Today all seeked adventure and so we set out in the hilly area of Pajakashetra. This place is famous for the temple which stands on top of rocky hill. There are 250 steps carved out on the rocky hill. The students got down from the bus and raced to the peak to reach the beautiful spot. The temple is buiit with wooden carvings and beautiful sculptures of rock. The area surrounding the temple is densely covered with trees and bushes. There were many monkeys whom we enjoyed watching. They gulped up food given by the children and ran to the water taps and drank water like human beings. There were tunnel-like caves where children loved exploring them.  click here for more

Summer Camp Day 4

Day 4 came up with new challenges as the Treasure Hunt was located in the Trinity Grounds. Children broke up after the assembly and started searching for the clues in every nook and corner of the ground. Four legged race (Monkey race) was conducted classwise by Mrs. Laveena. Every child participated in it and grabbed points for their team. Dodge ball was another interesting game where the children jumped high to save their knees from the ball. After snacks, we had a session of Action songs presented by Fr.Roshan of Holy Cross, Katpadi. He taught us new songs like Gumuladdi, Lalaji, I try to fly, Walk Walk.etc. Later Fr.Richie also came up with few action songs and children enjoyed doing it. Summer Camp Day 3

Day 3 of the Summer camp was a thrilling experience as it was meant to be outside the Trinity premises. We decided to land ourselves on the shores of the famous Kaup beach which is well known for the Light house. The Treasure Hunt was carried out in the Assissi Park and after a search in the plants and pools, children found out the Treasure. Then we boarded the buses and all set for the destined Kaup beach. Although the sun seemed to be very strong, it doesn’t have any effect on our children. We climbed the rocks and rested at the foot of light house where we had our snacks. Later we set to taste the saltiness of the sea. The waves were just enough to play with them-roaring and rushing.  click here for more

Summer Camp Day 2

Today was an exciting day, it began with God’s blessings and hence the day went on very well. All the Trinitarians learnt the art of Clay Modelling in a play-way method. It was conducted by Mrs. Prerana and Mr. Pawan Raj. It was a great success as it brought out the creative ideas in carving the models which were as beautiful as living beings. The students were so excited about the clay modeling that they were engrossed in it the whole time. The organizers of the camp had to give extra time for this and thus the students were satisfied. It was a very good experience. Today being the second day of the camp, the Treasure hunt was located at Trinity Greens.   click here for more

Thanksgiving prayer service and summer camp Day 1

The much awaited Summer camp began at Trinity Central School on 1st of April, 2013. After the long cloudy weather of Final exams, children were almost exhausted and this camp worked as an energy drink to boost up the enthusiasm of the students. The Inauguration of the camp was done by Fr.Richard Quadros along with the Easter Egg which signifies new life and energy and the Cock which works tirelessly without expecting any gain. The Lighting of the lamp was done in a cultural way by the Camp co-ordinator Mrs.Alvita along with Headmistress Mrs.Sandra and the School Pupil Leader Master Abel and Master Ruthwik. Four groups were formed and named as Pirates, Phoenix, Defenders and Rock rollers headed by Br.Francis, Mrs.Poornima, Mrs.Zeena and Mrs.Vidya. click here for more

Annual Exams at Trinity!!

‘All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy’ goes the saying. We at Trinity have given equal importance to curricular and extra-curricular activities. The whole academic year was spent with events like Fancy dress competition, Talents day, Cooking without Fire, Carol Singing, Children’s Fest. etc. which brought out their hidden talents and developed their qualities in taking leadership. But now it’s the high time for them to show their excellence in the field of curriculum. The Annual Exams have begun at Trinity from 14th of March 2013. Children are brushing up and revising to prove their best. Special prayers were conducted by Rev. Fr. Richard Quadros before entering the exam hall. Blessings of Almighty were invoked through the hymn ‘Showers of Blessings’. May their labour bear fruit and they pass out with flying colours. click here for more

Montessori Picnic

A one-day outing was arranged for the tiny tots of our Montessori section on 8th March 2013 to  Katpadi river side and its surroundings. The students were accompanied by Fr. Richie and Teachers Mrs. Lavina, Mrs. Alvita and Mrs. Vidya. They were overjoyed to cross the hanging bridge which rocks when wind blows. Students also enjoyed taking a dip in the river and enjoyed the natural beauty. All were very happy to spend a day out

Karate belt examination on 23.02.2013

Want to be self reliant and self protective - come to Trinity Central school and you will see the karate kids performing Kattha. 50 students appeared for the karate exam and secured the yellow belt and three of them secured A+ grade with their great skill of martial arts. For the first time the students were appearing for the karate exam so, the enthusiasm and the curiosity to perform was at the realm. Right from the 1st Std to 8th Std the students performed Kattha in various categories. The principal Rev. Fr. Richie Quadros distributed the belt and the certificate to the students. Mr. Ravi Kumar the instructor congratulated the students and thanked them.

Prize distribution Programme

Everyone who tries relentlessly towards the success will be rewarded handsomely. The cheers on the faces of the little innocent one's reached to the realm as they received the prizes for their great efforts. The prize distribution ceremony at Trinity central school was presided over by our dear Rev. Fr. Denis Prakash Lobo. Mr. Richard Lasrado and Mr. Daniel Mascarenhas were the chief guests at the occasion. All three of them distributed the prizes for the winners beginning with Nursery to 8th std. All those who had won in various competitions received the prizes with great happiness. Fr. Prakash stressed the motivational aspect in partaking in every discipline. The champions trophy was awarded to Noysil of 8th std and Elrica of 7th std. Children did a commendable job and performed very wee. Congratulations to all the children for your budding efforts. ANNUAL DAY CELEBRATION -2013

“Come, Let us build a United Tomorrow” was the theme of the 3rd Annual day which was celebrated at the school Campus i.e Trinity Greens on Saturday, 16th February 2013. Prof.Mathew C. Ninan, Principal, Little Rock Indian School, Brahmavar, was the Chief Guest for the program. Rev.Fr.Peter Cyprian D’Souza, Superior of St. Anne’s Friary, presided whereas Mrs.Eugene Quadros, President of Barkur Parish Council was the Guest of Honour. The school flag soar high and the dignitaries were escorted by the school band for the much awaited celebration. Various programs added beauty to the celebration. Dances from most of the states brought the glimpses of India to the gathering .From Nursery to higher classes, it was all happening at the Trinity Greens. The Skit ‘The Great Sacrifice’ brought forth the sacrificial aspect of Fr.Max Milan Kolbe during the reign of Hitler. Students brought to the mind the freedom struggle and the pain which our freedom fighters faced. A tribute to all mothers was paid through the dance. click here for more

Republic Day Sports Meet on 26-01-2013

26th of January 2013 marked the 64th year of Indian Republic and we the Trinitarians were on cloud nine as we had dual celebrations including our annual sports meet. This day began with a very good note with the children dressed in their squad uniforms. The spirit of oneness was visible in the presence of children and their parents. We had the flag hoisting ceremony followed by March fast by students. The guests included Mr.Samuel Salins, President of Jaycee , Katpadi accompanied by his wife Mrs. Diana Salins along with our own parent, Mrs.Latha Shetty, an athlete who has participated in national level games and has been a role model for others, our Principal, Rev.Fr.Richard Quadros along with Fr.J.B.Sequeira were escorted by the school band. As the day dawned to its fullness bringing with it great joys and happiness, and as the birds flew from their nests with their sweet whispering songs, the children , the sweet young children of Trinity were on toes and gathered in great number for the picnic to Mangalore. We began our journey in the morning at 09.30 a.m and hoped to reach Kudroli temple as early as possible.

Hearing the ecological set up at Trinity Central school, the SFO co-ordinator , Mrs.Monique from Canada along with her husband Roland and friend Virginia from Philippines saw the beauty of nature literally at Trinity amidst the presence of our little kids. All three were delighted with the little ones expressing their love to one another. Fr.Richie introduced the guests to the assembly, teachers and students felicitated them. It was a day of expression of Franciscan love with one another.

Children's Fest

Trinity Central School here celebrated "Children’s Fest - 2012" at Trinity campus on Saturday, 15th December. Prior to the celebration, Guests of Honour were accorded a guard of honour with the school band leading to dais. Rev Fr. Vincent Furtado Capuchin, Provincial of CPM Bangalore blessed the newly build stage of the school. Entrepreneur Pramod Madwaraj of Malpe inaugurated the school stage.  Very Rev Fr. Vincent Furtado presided the occasion. Rev Fr. Valerian Mendonca former Principal of Milagres College and Parish Priest of Barkur Church as well as newly appointed Chancelor of Udupi Diocese, Pramod Madwaraj, Retd. Prof Hilda Rodrigues of Milagres College, Ramesh Nayak local Councillor of CMC Udupi, Rev Fr. J.B. Sequiera Director of Trinity Institutions of Parampally as well as newly appointed Episcopal Vicar of Religious for Diocese of Udupi and Rev Fr. Goa Picnic

Our School had arranged a three day excursion to Goa on 1st December 2012 to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature.48 students along with 12 staff members visited Goa. Reyon of Std VIII, Branhard of Std VII and Melissa of Std VI were taken to Goa on Principal’s expenses as they had faired excellently well during their Mid-term exams. The journey in the train was wonderful as we had good view of the landscape around us and the children enjoyed a lot dancing and singing. As it was the festive season of St. Francis Xavier, we had decided to visit Bon Jesus Basilica on the first day.  click here for more

Library awareness day on Nov. 27, 2012 @ Trinity Central School

On Nov 7 2012, Library Awareness Day was organized at Trinity Central School. During the morning assembly, the students of various squads presented articles on the topic-Reading and its importance. Later our Principal, Rev.Fr.Richard Quadros explained the importance of cultivating the habit of reading .Reading not only builds confidence in a person but helps in improving vocabulary and improves the talent of speech .Later we had display of new arrivals in the library. Teachers and Staff Picnic @ Trinity Central School

United we stand divided we fall so the slogan and this was put into practice in a positive way by twin schools – trinity and Nirmala. On Nov. 1st as we lifted our hearts and minds to the lord in commemoration of all the saints we thought of having greater communion among the schools where the Franciscan spirit dwells. A day of fun and relaxation was organized to a near by Island – Parangikudru. 20 teachers from Nirmala and 15 teachers from Trinity joined together to sail in three boats along with the delicious food. Children's day and Deepavali @ Trinity Central School

The twin celebration of deepavali, celebration of lights and children’s day was celebrated together with lots of colour and grandeur. All the children were welcomed with beautiful flower petals sprinkling on their head and the body. The lantern and Rangoli competitions were the highlights of the day. In the morning we had plenty of surprises seeing different types of lanterns brought by the students and the parents. Within minutes the school was lit with decorations and the students danced with jubilation. Various games were conducted to the students by their respective class teachers.  click here for more

Respecting the beauty of every religion and loving one another without any reservation is the hallmark of every human being born on this earth. the concept of universal religion of love, that is enbracing the truth of every religion while living my own faith sincerely is well understood by our students at Trinity with the celebration of Ganesha festival. Lord Ganesha who is known as the remover of every obstacles of human life is worshiped as a strong deity by the Hindus all over India. we had celebrated this festival with real devotion and love towards God and our fellow human beings. our students along with teacher Swapna had organised a beautiful musical play depicting the life of Lord Ganesha.  click here for more

Unity at diversity was well displayed at Trinity Central School during the celebration of Hindi divas. Prof. Arati Sharma from Haryana State, presently parent of our school was the chief guest. speaking on the occasion Prof. Sharma said that learning more languages gave her greatest advantage to relate with people of various language and culture. our Principal Fr. Richie addressed the children in hindi and gave a call to all to become multi-lingual as well as multi-talented. the students along with their animators teacher poornima and teacher melita put up a very dentvial as well as thought provoking program. the taste of national language has been instilled in the minds of the students with the celebration of Hindi divas. click here for more

Creativity at its best in Trinity Central school

A few additional animals and birds came as guests to the Assisi Park at Trinity on the occasion of Fancy Dress competition held on 22nd Sept. 2012. Some of them were awarded for their beauty and grandeur. On this occasion we had Mr. Norbert (Music Master), Mr. Mohanchandra (Police inspector for wireless and Information), Mrs. Lalitha Naik (Staff of KMC), were the guests present on the dais. Miss. Sunitha teacher at TCS celebrated her gift of life. The budding star of our school Kum. Bindiya studying in 2nd Std, who had put up wonderful stage performances in and around Udupi and secured 4 first prizes was felicitated. The guests along with Fr. Teachers’ day celebration at Trinity Central School.

Thank you teacher for touching my life and moulding my destiny was the slogan in bold and capital letters by the Trinitarians. Teacher’s day at Trinity Central School was celebrated on 5th Sep. 2012 with great enthusiasm and love by the school parliament. The class rooms were decked with decorations and all the teachers’ qualities were exhibited in the banner, some were projected as Junior Aryabhatta, some are as walking computers, some as universal mothers, some as Shakespeare and some as great motivators. Flower show and Krishna Janmastami at Trinity Gardens

Trinity school became Mini Lalbagh with fine flower show to mark the celebration and honor mother Mary on her birthday. The nine day long offering of flowers to our dear mother ended with the finest flower arrangement competition along with the celebration of Krishna Janmastami. Children from each class arranged the flowers beautifully which were reminding us of the flower show at Lalbagh in the month of August. The yellow petals arranged to decorate the TCS (Trinity Central School), small as well as big bouquets decorated with colorful flowers were the highlight of the day.   click here for more

Dancing fountains at Trinity

Relaxed body and sound mind keeps the students at their best. So a chance as well as a choice was given to the students to perform their best. Students exhibited a great show of talents right from lower section to primary section. Since the twin festival season (janmashtami and Ganesh Chaturti) was in the air many tigers danced in the competition. There were classical as well as western dances which entertained the parents and the students. The hidden talents of the budding kids had come to light. At the end teachers and students joined with rhythmic steps for the selected numbers. The results were declared within 15 minutes from the completion of the competition. click here for more

School Picnic 2012

After a toil of strenuous work for the exhibition and annual day the students were taken for a day of relax and revitalize their energy. Altogether 112 students and staff members left to Murdeshwar for a day of picnic. We began the excursion with a prayer and blessing of the children and buses. We had a stop at Trasi for a glass of fresh lime and bhel puri. We had little dip at Maravante beach and then proceeded to Murdeshwar. After a sumptuous meal at the beach site we along with all the children had gone for a wave pool experience. The little kids jumped and dipped themselves in the Arabian sea amidst the evening sunny rays. The children had plenty of sing song, fun and frolic in the bus along the way.  Click here for more

The 2nd School Annual Day Celebration on 11th February 2012

The 2nd Annual day of Trinity Central School, Perampally was held on Saturday 11th Feb 2012 with great joy and fashion. The theme of the celebration, “togetherness helps to achieve bigger goals”. Sri. Raghupathi Bhat, the MLA and close friend of ours was the chief guest along with Dr. Neri Cornelio, the Principal of Milagres College, Kalyanpur. Dr. Daisy Vas, Professor at T.M.A. Pai B.Ed College Manipal, Sri. Ramesh Naik, Corporator, Udupi were the guest of honour. Fr. J.B. Sequeira the superior of Trinity Vihar was the President of the function. The program began with the ceremonial welcome by the school band. The hoisting of the school flag was done by Sri. Science Exhibition :

The aim was to prepare students at the very young age to become young scientists. therefore the science club had organized a two days science exhibition at Trinity Central School. Sri. Vincent Alva, Associate Professor of English department at Milagres college, Kalyanpur and Dr. Rashmi, dentist were the chief guests for the function. Sri. Alva stressed the need for parents to accept their kids as mini scientists.he praised the management for providing innovative and wonderful opportunity for the young kids. students from 1st to 7th std prepared various scientific modules and exhibited for thier taluk level Ikon Scientifica exams which grooms the little ones to be young scientists of the future, three of them are qualified for the second round. even the raffle draw was held on the same day and sri. Vincent Alva and Dr. Rashmi conducted the draw. the amount collected from the raffle will be used for establishing the biology and Physics labs.  Click here for more

The Trinity central school held children day fest on 17th of Dec 2011. Ambagilu Perampalli The central syllabus school having existence since three years has gained fame in the fastest growing school in the Udupi dist there are many schools here but the progress done in a shortest while is really acclaimed by parents and admires. Summer Camp - 2011

The Trinity Central School was full of vigour to give a break for studies and have some fun in the summer camp after the Final Exams, on 31st March. The camp was grandly inaugurated by Fr. Richie, the principal and Fr. Denis. All the children were full of joy and had no worry about anything. In the beginning, 4 groups were made after which various games both indoor and the outdoor were conducted. There was three days outing. Entertainments like music, singing, dance, movies made the children more happy. The treasure hunt made the children to have more and more interest in the camp. The children were day by day filled with more and more interest to come and enjoy in the camp. There was quiz, Juice and poori making, drawing competition, singing competition, dance competition, talents hunt, table quiz etc. The camp was ended on 9th of April as it was the Promotion Day. All the parents were present for the final gathering for the Promotion on 9th of April at 2 p.m.  Click here for more

School Annual Day Celebration on 19th February 2011

The first annual day of Trinity central School perampalli was celebrated with great grandeur and glory. Rev. Fr. Chetan Lobo, the secretary of Capuchin Education Board was the President of the function. Sri. Kiran Kumar was the chief guest and Fr. Cyprian, Fr. Romeo Lewis, Fr. Ronald Fernandes and Mr. Ramesh Naik were the Guests of Honour. The guests were escorted to the dias ceremoniously by the school band. The school report highlighted the various activities during the academic year and threw light on the facilities made available for the little kids such as, a well furnished computer lab, a LCD Tv of 40” to the kinder garten children, LCD projector for the higher classes, water cooler and aqua guard for pure drinking water, modern sound system, table tennis board and other indoor games, an air conditioned Audio Visual room, modern kitchen for cooking food, well furnished dining hall, beautiful assisi kids park and animal Zoo, vast play ground, spacious rooms, innovative games material and smart classes.  Click here for more

Children's Fest

It was a very auspicious day in Trinity Central School on 11th November 2010 as the Trinity Central School celebrated the Mega Event 'Children's Fest' with grandeur. The celebration began in the morning at 10 a.m. with the prayer dance "Vandan vandan" followed by the welcoming of the guests and the gathering by Fr. Richie. The programme was solemnly inaugurated by the chief guests of the day, Fr. Chetan, Fr. Cyprian, Fr. Freddie and others by hoisting the flag and bursting crackers and the Newly composed Trinity Anthem was sung for the first time by everyone. The entire ground was looking beautiful and colourful by the helium balloons flying everywhere. Click here for more

Diwali Celebration

The festival of lights had spread sunshine on the faces of little one’s in the Trinity School campus on 8th of november. The celebration began at 1 p.m. with a colorful display of Rangoli by the students in front of the school entrance. Then the beautiful hymn “This little guiding light of mine” was sung by the children to depict the shining lights in their lives. Every child was shining with colorful dress catching the lighted crackers and dancing to the tunes of music. The day was inaugurated by lighting the flower pot crackers and ended with bursting of rockets. Every child had this unique experience of catching the shining lights and running around with awe and wonder. Lots of sweets were sent by the parents to distribute to the children. The celebration of lights ended at 3.30 p.m. by serving the sweet payasam to all the children. Click here for more

Fancy Dress

Trinity Central School organized the Fancy Dress Competition on 27th of November in view of forthcoming Children’s Fest. The programme commenced at 9. 30. It was inaugurated by Mr. Lancy, Sr. Noella, Fr. Freddy and Fr. Richie as they lighted the jyothi these guests were also the judges of the competition. Around 150 parents were present for the programme and enjoyed the competition as they saw their children in different look. At the end Fr. Dancy thanked everyone and by announcing the result of the competition the programme was concluded. This competition was held in view of Children’s Fest which will be held on 11th of December. The Trinity Central School Community and the Staff Members cordially welcome everybody for this mega event to make this event a BIG success. There will be inter-school Carol Competition, Dance Competition, Drawing Competition, Singing, Cultural Items from the Trinity Central School Children, interactive games etc. Around 1000 children are estimated to come for the event. Sports Meet

Trinity Central School celebrated the Kannada Rajyotsava and Sports Meet on 31st of October, 2010. The celebration began in the morning at 9 a.m. by lighting the Torch by the Principal after which the various types of sports were organized for all the children of Trinity Central School. The Kannada Rajyotsava Celebration commenced at 2. 30 in the after noon. The children gave the speeches and all the teachers sang the 'Vishwa Vinutana' song as they honored Karnataka . At the end of the day, the children were honored with the medals; Gold medal and Silver Medal respectively. The children cherished and enjoyed the every moments of the day by participating well in the Sports and other activities. Click here for more
