Blessing and Inauguration of New School Building (II Phase)
The grand inauguration and blessing ceremony of the New School building (II phase) was held on Friday 16th June 2016 at 3.30pm. The Ceremonial welcome was accorded to Most Rev. Dr. Gerald Isaac Lobo, Bishop of Udupi and other dignitaries at the school gate with the school band. The prayer service and blessing of the new school building was animated by the Bishop. Thereafter all the dignitaries proceeded to the main entrance of the building where Rev. Dr. Joseph Dolphy Pais Provincial Minister, Holy Trinity Province, Karnataka, inaugurated the new school building. The stage programme commenced with the Prayer Dance, led by our students. The Principal Rev. Fr. Anil Dcosta escorted the president of the function Bishop Gerald and other chief guest to the dias and welcomed them by offering bouquets. The chief guests were Rev. Fr Romeo Lewis Parish Priest of Fathima Church Perampalli, Shri Raghupathi Bhat former MLA Udupi. The dignitaries then lighted the ceremonial lamp. Rev. Dr. Joseph Dolphy Pais and Mr. Ragupathi Bhat spoke on the growth and development of the institution. The donor Mr. Thingalaya was honoured with flower bouquet. The Architect Mr. Praveen and contractors Mr.Marcel and Mr.Stany were felicitated and honoured for their meritorious work. The inaugural programme ended with the vote of thanks presented by Chaitra of grade IX. A light refreshment was provided to all the people who were present.
