PTA GATHERING - 26TH MAY, 2018
Last Year’s words belong to last year’s language and New
Year’s words await another voice. As we are at the start of
this Academic Year 2018-2019, its time for setting &
achieving goals, working smarter towards taking our school
and the students to the next level of heights.
The first PTA Gathering of Academic year 2018-19 was held on
26th May 2018. The programme started with a prayer asking
the Almighty to shower his blessings on the gathering. The
formal function commenced by lighting the lamp. The
dignitaries of the day Secretary of CEB, Rev. Dr. Fr. Alwyn
Dias, Correspondent Rev. Fr. Claud Mascarehnas, PTA
President Mr. Maxim D’souza, the Principal Rev. Fr. Anil
D’Costa and the Academic Coordinator Ms. Magdelina Lewis
ignited the lamp and inaugurated the New Academic Year
2018-2019.
After a loving and hearty welcome to the gathering by Ms.
Keerthi Shetty it was time to bless and inaugurate well
equipped Science Laboratories and Library of the School by
the President of the day Rev. Fr. Alwyn Dias the Executive
Secretary of Capuchin Education Board, along with other
dignitaries.
The event continued by felicitating our meritorious students
who had excelled in their academic performance by a lot of
hard work in the previous year. It was time to reward them
with Merit Certificates and appreciate them for their hard
work.
The Trinity family was indeed fortunate to honor and
felicitate Rev. Dr. Fr. Alwyn Dias (Secretary of Capuchin
Education Board, also the Director of Darshan P.U. & Degree
College, Bengaluru) who was awarded with the Doctorate
Degree from France. The Correspondent Rev. Fr. Claud
Mascarehans, PTA President Mr. Maxim Dsouza, Principal Rev.
Fr. Anil D’Costa & Academic Coordinator Ms. Magdelina Lewis
did the honors.
Our benevolent and generous donors who contributed
magnanimously for the construction of Laboratories were also
felicitated in the gathering before the entire Trinity
family.
As successful people are always looking forward for
opportunities and help others, Trinity was pleased and
honored to be blessed with a fabulous band of new PTA
members. As their service is rendered to the school for its
betterment & progress, Trinity family wholeheartedly
welcomes them into its inner circle.
As the saying goes, ‘Coming together is a beginning, keeping
together is progress and working together is Success’, we
the Trinitarians indeed feel proud to say that with a long
partnership with the parents, students and Staff, we are
stepping into the Decennial year of our school inception. We
have crossed 9 prestigious years setting and achieving
goals, acquiring and imparting knowledge, shaping the lives
of many. To make this event a memorable one the dignitaries
inaugurated the Decennial year by tugging the ribbon and
unfolding the backdrop of Decennial year with lot of sweet
memories and achievements over the years.
After which we had very enlightening and an inspiring speech
delivered by Rev. Fr. Alwyn Dias, with 3Ps be ‘Positive’,
‘Passionate’ in what you do and keep ‘Persevering till you
achieve’. After an awe-inspiring piece of advice by Rev. Fr.
Alwyn, it was the time to introduce the teaching and the
non-teaching staff to gathering. Ms. Archana Shetty the
Pre-Primary Coordinator, did it with great poise.
Just as to lay a strong building we need to lay a strong
foundation so too to start a new bright Academic Year
2018-2019 in a positive note, we had our beloved Principal
Rev.Fr. Anil D’Costa who addressed the parents concernity
expectations of the school as well as to make know how
parents play a crucial role in child’s life. The parents
were attentive and keen throughout the session. Thereafter
the details of the bus routes and the staff in charge in the
bus was shared with the parents by Ms. Laveena D’Souza.
The formal function came to an end with a vote of thanks
proposed by Ms. Nethravathi. Refreshments was served to all
