Staff Development programme at Trinity Central School

Every person is a student till the end of his/her life. Nonetheless, this applies to teachers as well. With the academic year 2022-23 about to begin, the teachers of Trinity Central School had the privilege to attend a seminar given by Prof. Ronald Pinto as a part of the staff development programme on 25th May 2022.

Ms. Preetha Carol Furtado welcomed him. Prof. Pinto is the current director of the Institute for Individual development and the Ex- Vice Principal of St. Aloysius College, Mangalore. He stressed upon the expectations the parents, students and management of the school have on the teachers and the strategies that the teachers could adopt to make classroom teaching effective. His talk included points on how we could evaluate ourselves as teachers and establish better student-teacher bond. The interactive session helped teachers to learn more efficient methods of teaching and was concluded with ten commandments every teacher should abide by.

The programme ended with a vote of thanks by Ms. Andrea Dsouza.
