Vana Mahotsava at Trinity Central School by Kindergartners
“Be kind to every kind, not just mankind.”
The kindergartners of Trinity central school celebrated the
Vana Mahotsava on 10th of June 2022. All the children
including the staff were dressed in green to celebrate the
event.
The teachers explained about the importance of flora and
fauna in the environment and told the uses of trees around
the nature. “To plant a tree is to plant a life”, the
teachers guided the tiny tots on how to plant a seedling and
the care one must take to bring up the tender ones. All the
children were eager and excited to plant and water the
sapling in the colourful flower pots in the classroom. In
this way the children learnt how plants play a crucial role
in the ecosystem.
