TRINITY'S TRIUMPHANT TRIBUTE: 80TH INDEPENDENCE DAY UNFOLDS IN SPLENDOUR

Freedom echoed, culture sparkled and excellence shone as Trinity Central School, Perampalli, celebrated the 80th Independence Day in a panorama of patriotism and pride.

The morning commenced with a ceremonial splendour as the Chief Guest Mr. Subhas, Asst. Commissioner of Income Tax (Retd.) & Veteran, Indian Air Force, was respectfully escorted to the Trinitorium, with the thunderous beats of the band.

The dais was graced by Rev. Fr. Manohar Merwin Dsouza, President of the programme, Rev. Fr. Dominic Sunil Lobo, Principal; Rev. Fr. Amar Antony Lobo, Vice Principal;; Ms. Magdelina Lewis, Academic Co-ordinator; Dr. Poornima Devadiga, Primary Section Head, Ms. Renita Monteiro, Pre-Primary Section Head and Mrs. Deepthi Suvarna, PTA Vice President.

The tiranga was unfurled majestically to the soul-stirring singing of the National Anthem, while the synchronized March Past became the showstopper. Led by Master Diganth, Master Sahas and Ms. Manvi, the contingents of Scouts & Guides and the four Houses - Laverna, Rivo Torto, Spoleto and Greccio- marched in impeccable harmony, saluting the flag.

The Annual School Magazine 2025-26 was unveiled by the dignitaries, encapsulating a year of memories and milestones.

A Cultural Confluence unfolds:

Tiny Titans of History: Our Kindergarten children stole hearts as they transformed into legendary Indian leaders in a charming Role Play.

Melody of Motherland:The school choir rendered soulful patriotic songs that united every heart.

Voice of Vision:Dhruva of Grade 6 delivered a powerful oration - "If Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Spoke to India Today", while Larissa of Grade 7 ignited patriotic fervour with her Hindi speech.

Sanshitha of Grade 5 evoked cultural pride with a mellifluous Kannada poem recitation.

Drama & Dance of Freedom: A thought-provoking skit on the sacrifices of freedom fighters and electrifying patriotic dance performances left the audience spellbound.

Hall of Fame - Honouring Our Stars:

1. Literary Laureate:Shamika Naik of Grade 10A was felicitated for - securing First Place at Zonal & Regional Level in the prestigious ASISC Poem Writing Competition and becoming the first student from Udupi District to qualify for the National Level.

2. Rajya Puraskar - The Governor's Glory: Our Scouts & Guides, who excelled in the prestigious Rajya Puraskar Examination, were honoured for their exemplary discipline and service:

Scouts: Shravan Sudhakar Prabhu, Goutham A Naik, Rusham Yogish Naik, Gowrav V Kundar, Suhan, Sachin S Maraladinni
Guides: Rachel Mascarenhas, Shamika Naik, Nishmitha Nithish Poojary, Sharvani

In his inspirational address, Chief Guest Mr. Subhas called upon students to cherish freedom and become nation-builders. In his Presidential Address, Rev. Fr. Manohar Merwin Dsouza blessed and guided the gathering with his words of wisdom, while Principal Rev. Fr. Dominic Sunil Lobo urged students to live patriotism every day.

The grand celebration culminated with a vote of thanks by Shriya of Grade 9 and the distribution of sweets and the campus resonating with the eternal chant - Jai Hind! Vande Mataram!
